Overview
This project focused on optimizing Eucerin’s global design guidelines for the Korean local market. A key aspect of this initiative was the seamless remote collaboration spanning three locations: Berlin (HQ), Seoul (Planning), and Daejeon (Development). Despite the geographical distance and time zones, we established a robust communication workflow utilizing structured emails and regular conference calls. This allowed us to strictly adhere to global brand standards while effectively tailoring the UX for Korean users, ultimately delivering a website that balances brand identity with local usability.

Objective
"Balancing Global Identity with Local Usability"
The goal was to establish a digital presence that adheres to Eucerin's strict global brand guidelines while optimizing for the specific behaviors of Korean consumers. We aimed to build a trusted D2C channel that connects brand awareness directly to sales conversion.
Approach
"We researched Eucerin products and the cosmetic market to identify potential challenges and user needs prior to the service launch. Based on this data, we designed a layout focused on simplicity and readability, eliminating unnecessary decorative elements. Adhering to Eucerin’s global design guidelines, we applied the UI design to our wireframes. This process involved intensive collaboration and discussion with the lead graphic designer in Berlin. Through multiple iterations, we ultimately delivered a website that fully aligned with the brand identity and business goals."
